The Construction Education Foundation was founded in 1999 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to construction industry workforce development in Colorado. Funded by industry partners, government grants, private and public support, CEF creates workforce development opportunities through education and training programs. CEF’s efforts lead to sustainable pathways toward great careers in construction for high school students.
